Learn how to enable support tickets on CrawlChat for when the chatbot can't answer, ensuring users can create tickets for assistance.
Navigate to the settings page.
Navigate to "Resolved enquiry" to manage support tickets.

Enable Support Tickets
It is highly recommended to set the AI model to Gemini 2.5 flash for it work as expected. So, navigate to AI Model
Once the settings are configured as explained, the chatbot shows the support ticket form whenever it has no answer for the query. It auto fills the details so that less steps for the end user
It also asks the users if the query is resolved on all the conversations.
Click "No" to proceed to create a support ticket when the chatbot cannot answer.
User can fill the Email, a title and message to create the support ticket.
